Project Description
During the Design Phase, the Consultants shall prepare preliminary plans and details and shall obtain approval of the same, from the Client, in writing, before proceeding for finalization of the same. Final Design Plans and details shall also be approved before taking off the quantities for preparation of the Tender Documents. The Tender/Final Construction Drawings and Details shall be submitted to the Client for their Approval & Endorsement for issuance to the Contractor(s). The client will give all such approvals within a reasonable time, but not later than 15 days from the time of submission of the preliminary design.
During Construction Supervision Phase, the Consultants shall issue necessary instructions to the Contractor(s), with approval of the Client, for preparation of Work Shop Drawings. The Consultants shall check and approve these drawings.

Facilitating consultants to get approval from the agencies

Help and payments to all agencies for any approval that is required

Give free and unhindered access to the consultant staff to the site at all time

Ensure safety and good working conditions at the site of the project.
