MDA year-marked 516.5 acres of land in Mirpur to develop housing scheme by the name Sultan Town.
MDA appointed ECIL to prepare a master plan and design infrastructure for the Sultan Town on 516.5 acres for residents of Mirpur and adjacent area.

• Preparation of Conceptual Plan

• Preparation of alternative Land uses zoning plan configuration on the basis of the criteria for the land uses activities such as commercial, residential and recreational activities etc.

• Preparation of land use zoning plan land circulation plan for the master plan area, including major land uses and preliminary road network, interpret Geotechnical Investigation results for the design of road, water supply, sewerage and drainage system

• Preparation of the Draft and the uses of approved criteria showing plots distribution of different categories such as Residential, Commercial, Amenities Services open area including road layout.

• Preliminary detail of road, water supply, sewerage and drainage

• Demarcation of Road layout on the ground as approved by MDA including centre line survey of the roads

• Preparation of detail engineering design of road system, water supply, sewerage, drainage and electrical work

• Preparation of tender documents, BOQ and specifications
