ECIL was assigned Master Planning, Designing and Construction Supervision for Three Engineering Universities with One collaborating partner each of Australian University, Swedish University and French University.

A delegation from ECIL visited Sweden to view and adopt architecturally, the Swedish University. Conceptual master plan for Sialkot University was prepared in collaboration with Swedish Architect and Planners M/s. AKADEMISKA HUS and presented to HEC.

Topography of all the three sites was done by ECIL.

These universities are a part of total 9 universities to be built as partner universities in this manner.

HEC desires that architectural features of each university, besides reflecting our local architecture should also reflect the architecture of the partner country.
Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by the Firm:

Master Plan (conceptual) was prepared and submitted to HEC for the Swedish University to be constructed in Sialkot.

Detailed drawings / BOQ / Contract for fencing and gate ports around the Sialkot Campus were prepared and submitted to HEC.

The University of Lahore was proposed to be temporarily located at the old Lahore Airport. ECIL assisted in planning, design and construction supervision of the temporary University.

For French University three buildings were refurbished by ECIL at Marine Academy Campus, Hawkesbay, and Karachi. These buildings were designed to temporarily accommodate the French University to head start the education session.
