Project Description
Halcrow and associates have provided technical assistance to prepare and implement a public-private partnership in KWSB. The work has been undertaken in three phases. Phase I - Examination of the existing situation and development of PSP strategy; Phase II - Feasibility/analysis of PSP, development of regulatory framework and marketing activities internationally and in Pakistan; and Phase III Development of pre-qualification criteria, assistance in pre-qualification, development of bidding documents, and assistance in bid evaluation and contract negotiation with the private sector operator.
