Project Description
Road and Transport Authority, RTA, Government of Dubai has planned a Metro Rail System in the Dubai, City. Construction of the infrastructure related to the Metro Rail System has been started and very near to its Completion. Like the other modern cities, RTA has initiated a concept of Metrocity Development in the vicinity of Metro Rail Stations. The concept of this development is to restrict the traffic manoeuvring by providing all the required facilities within the developments. For this purpose RTA has selected the 13 sites within Dubai for the Metrocity Developments adjacent to Metro Stations. This development will comprise of the following facilities:

Multilevel Residential and Official Complexes

Five Star Hotels

Shopping Center

All other necessary Amenities
